Locally known as the best legs to ever come out of the south, Joe John
has cut his teeth in the local restaurant scene-he is renowned for using
classic ingredients in innovative ways. Joe John is the creator of the
Wyoming famous "Monkey Angel Red Chili" and still refuses to divulge the
ingredients. Some say the secret ingredient is Rattlesnake, but most
think it is just the love that emanates from Joe John. Joe John
explains: " I love people and diversity, that is what gives my food the
variety of flavours...".
