Chad Smith has spent a majority of his young adult life focused on all
facets of alternative artistic endeavors. Chad's core belief and driving
passion, is that he was brainwashed as a child. Chad speaks rapidly
about his childhood: "...I really did like southwestern art, and cream
colored couches, and soft rock---I believed in my heart that Boston was
a really cool band...and those shorts, how could I have worn those-OP
what the hell kind of name is that for a pair of shorts-And Smokey and
the Bandit 2-I even had a t-shirt for this one...what was I
thinking...". Chad is now officially edgy, and does not listen to AM
softrock anymore.
